Lufthansa Cargo

Postby Leemazz » 20 Feb 2015 21:22

Hello team

Just wondering what happened to the Lufthansa Cargo MD11 flights , lots missing from the schedule

IE
FRA-YYZ-ORD
FRA-RUH-HKG

Also the direct flights
VCP-FRA
PVG-FRA
and so on

The direct flights are operated not on a daily basis it just depends on load factors as per timetable

I track all operational MD11s i can tell you every route and flight if you want :D

The schedule was updated January 28th. Since we now have the new Kiosk system any missing flights can be entered, as long as there is a history of the flight.

Thanks Roy

Iam manager for Lufthansa but i dont want to mess up somebody elses work .

Does the Kiosk only enter the last flight as some are fuel stops on route say just as example FRA-SHJ-HKG , the kiosk would only enter the last flight ?

Its not a problem i will leave it as it is , thanks Roy

Lee - the FK will only enter a flight as seen in any other scheduled flight, i.e. one departure to one arrival.

There was also a recent pdf uploaded that explains a bit more

Actually, on some flights numbers with multiple stops it breaks down the flight into each segment. For instance GEC 8225 Mexico City to Frankfurt, with a stop in Dallas, will have two legs listed MEX - DFW and DFW - FRA. You can choose the first one then back-space and choose the second one for the complete flight. The only thing left to do is associate the proper aircraft to the flights and you???re ready to go. Keep in mind, not all multi-leg flight may be recognized by the system.

Oh yes true thanks for clarifying that Roy. A good example is entering Southwest flt # 1600 :)
