Are you using internet explorer browser to set your signature? For some reason it requires IE

OK I read all the post on this subject, and did the click button in my log book, checked to make sure my email was the same, but that Airsource Pilot number has got me puzzled. What AS pilot Number? I have only known me as AS381 for all those years. So I put 381 in my profile and did an update.
Still No Banner. Maybe it is because of the problem with the Slow Website that I just posted?
