Login not working

Logged in yesterday and flew just fine but today it's not working. I can log into the website fine but not AAS

Hi Jon,
Not sure what's going on. Can you try and reset your password in the Human Resources section of the website and see if that works?

I got a temporary password from HR and didn't change it to one I would create and AAS2 took the temporary password generated by the website but won't take one I create in HR?!?! Strange!

Hello Jon,

Hmm, I did see multiple attempts to create a temporary password, so maybe the system was thinking it was one of the newer ones.

I just forwarded you an email with the current (temporary) password. Go here to log in with your temporary password: https://air-source.us/Home/login.asp

Then, once you log in you can go here to change your password to your liking: https://air-source.us/Home/MEMBERDATA.asp

Finally try myAAS. Hopefully it should work.
