Volanta

I was wondering if anybody is using the Volanta program when flying on their sims? I have it and have recently upgraded to premium.
The program is really good and I find it quite easy to use where I'm confused is the screen shot application?
simply how do you take and save a screen shot? when I try it says nothing is there? Cannot seem to find a tutorial for Volanta or a contact mechanism?
