Time of Flight

Time of Flight

I know that there is a ruling against flying your flight in 2x,3x,etc.

Since there have been rules updates over the years and I've been away, my question is:

If it is 10pm my local time but I want to fly the flight at say 2 in the afternoon, can I do this?

Flying at FL300 time of day really doesn't come into play, there is nothing to see up there.

But flying VFR low and slow I like to see the sights. with MSFS2020 there is a LOT more to see. since I find these past few days my free time has been more in the evenings I want to still be able to fly the route during the day.

Just need a reminder for this old codger, lol.
