Unable to connect / invalid username

Howdy all,

I'm new to AirSource and am having trouble using the AAS application. Upon startup, I am getting error 35754 (Unable to connect to remote host). Once I click "OK" I am prompted to enter my username and pass, which I enter just as logging into the website. There are no special characters in either my username or pass. I then get an error of invalid username or password.

I got help from another AirSource pilot, and he agrees I'm doing things correctly. Can anyone provide any input?

Welcome to AirSource, Tim.

error 35754 (Unable to connect to remote host)

Not sure which one you are using but, my guess is to make sure your firewall isn't blocking myAAS from contacting the website.

Also, may we suggest you try myAAS version 2? http://www.air-source.us/phpbb3/viewtopic.php?f=51&t=6119.

Yes please be sure to download v2 from the link above. We're getting very close to only pointing folks to the new version 2, so this is kind of a "transition" time...
