Ok Guys
This is it. I hope.
Mike I fly Vista/FSX
This morning I went into Flightsim.com and found that there are a further 2 files L049A302.zip and L949A303.zip.
One of them corrects minor panel problems the other changes the size of the Radio Panel.
Downloaded and installed both.
I have now an updated radio panel including the GPS/Nav switch and in the main aircraft panel at the bottom is the new position panel for Altitude selection and switches for AP NAV APR etc.
Have to go fly it now.
Hope that this info helps everyone.
I went into Flightsim.com....search files...FSX Constellation and all the files required were listed.
Best regards
Roger

My panel.alt worked, but thanks for your additional updates. Those updates make the panels better.
Thanks.
Happy flying the Constellation.!!!

Why not post a screenshot of the NAV/GPS switch, then it will illustrate where it is, or should be, located on the panel. As they say, a picture is worth a thousand words.

Message went adrift somewhere.

I have a new Radio Panel containing the GPS/Nav switch and a new panel centre main console with altitude bg AP etc etc.
I have just completed a 3 hour flight almost perfect.
The only blemish was that when I went GPS and Pressed the APR button with mouse nothing happened.
Had a little think and went to KBD Control and A and hey presto GPS and APR functioned perfectly.
Hope you get all this info this time could not find my post under CONSTELLATIO DOWNLOAD I clicked on rogerp posts and the posts were all thereon this subject.

Roger,

I'm not saying a screenshot is necessarry, just helps to illustrate what you're talking about.

Also, it is important to add the patches you mentioned, since the radio panel is fixed with them.

This morning I went into Flightsim.com and found that there are a further 2 files L049A302.zip and L949A303.zip.

The second file should be L049A303.zip

By the way, there are some additional "Connie" flights in the Schedule Division if you enjoy flying this grand old plane. Just do a search by aircraft (L49).

Have Fun!

Roy thank you for your reply
You should have seen that I had found and downloaded the 2 fixes to my connie which is now flying like a dream. Very happy with it. Looking at pilots bookings it appears to be the "flavour of the month".
Incidently if you had read my next post I corrected my file error.
I seem to have a lot of reply omissions on this Constellation topic.
Although I could see that you had posted a reply it was not in the list of topic replies and I had to go into your posts to find it very strange.
However all is now well and thank you Mike and Henk for seeking and finding a resolution to my GPS/Nav problem.
Best regards
Roger

Henk
I look forward to the continuation of this discussion because I fly FSX and I cannot find the GPS/NAV switch in the radio stack area. Of course the 'Connies' didn't have GPS but it would be nice!
