hmm, not sure what the problem could be, I had no problems installing. There is a support forum, though I forgot all about it..it would be listed on a notepad in the zip file somewhere. The developer continues to respond to posts, I had even emailed him and he responded....of course that was months ago though...but give it a shot, the plane is the BEST freeware I've got.
