asha textures

Ok i've got all the planes downloaded & in game. My question is this...why cant i find planes & repaint them myself in the asha colors so id ont have to buy the the planes {such as the 737 & 747}...these are theonly ones i dont have & wished i could, that would complete the package. I dont want to do anything illegal or to upset anyone by painting these planes & adding them to collection.....just need alittle lead in this matter..!
