Hiccup with the Crew Passes

Hiccup with the Crew Passes

Postby AS380 Mark Richards » 01 Jun 2017 01:15

Hi all

There has been a hiccup with the Crew Passes and I need to re-enter them all. I hope to get this done in the next few hours but may not get them all finished but there will be enough to go on with.

Team

This issue has now been resolved and all flights are now available to be booked in the Crew Passes gateway of the AirSource Website.

Look for the series WOTW2017.

Please remember that the flights MUST be flown in order.

I'm not sure what will be causing that, hopefully Tom or Joe will be able to chime in and help.

Frans,

Go to your logbook and view your crew passes. Each crew pass has a link on the right side "RETURN". Just click the RETURN link for all crew passes you no longer want. Doing this will free up some slots for you to obtain more crew passes.

In the Crew Pass Gateway, I do not find WOTW1 available in the WOTW2017 Event. I see WOTW2 through WOTW22, am I missing something in the instructions?
Thank You, Sir!
Great Tour!

Hello Tom,
To come back on my previous post and your reply.

I have obtained 10 crewpasses for the WOW tour flights yesterday morning.
I did one flight and was ready to do the second one as all where didapeared from my AAS?
When I open MYAAS I will see only one that I downloaded this morning as I had 1 spot open for a crewpass, even after : Refresch flights.
When I check the page for crewpasses It comes with this message:

You are holding a total of 10 Crew Passes. Crew Passes sorted by date acquired.
VIEW MORE RECENT ACQUIRED :: VIEW OLDER ACQUIRED
VIEW MORE RECENT ACQUIRED :: VIEW OLDER ACQUIRED
No crewpasses seen .

When I open my Planbook this message comes up:

No flights saved. Click here to search for flights and add to your plan book.

I cannot fly as MYAAS is showing only one flight and that is leg 2 from WOT I started yesterday?

Any way you can check this.
If you need my loggin and pasword let me know and I send you them by a PM or mail.

Waiting yoyr reply

Hi There. I have just tried to PIREP flight 1 of WOTW 2017 and this has come up ' MAXIMUM REDEMPTIONS REACHED: This crew pass has a maximum redemption limit of 1 and cannot be redeemed for PIREP. ' I had to save the flight and return to it later if this has anything to do with it.

Hi Frans,

There was a glitch with the first "set" of flights that Mark uploaded so all of those crew passes got removed. Your logbook had some of those original crew passes in there. I have cleared out those invalid crew passes that were in your logbook (but really did not exist). You now have one "special" event crew pass (waterfall) and the rest are "scheduled" flight crew passes. See the screenshot I took of your logbook below.

You will need to re-obtain the Waterfall crew passes that are required (currently you only have SARI-SPIM).

Well - First flight (SBGL - SARI) and I messed it up already!
I did not include the 'WOTW2017' on the PIREP.
I knew it immediately when I did it, my fault.
What do I do now, Sir!

Hello Don,

It is not necessary to include that in your PIREP.
