Hours error

I flew IGO 791 on Feburary 8, 2020, VOHS-VOMM leaving 03:10 and arriving 04:30. MyActiveAirSource recorded the time as 723.2 hours, when it was actually 1.2 hours. Can you correct this entry?

Looking at your logbook I see IndiGo791 VOHS-VOMM. It is showing 1.2 hours so someone must have beat me to it.

I had my reply ready to go and then lost connection, anyway it's been fixed. Not sure what happened though!

I have had the same problem with a different flight. On 26 March 202 I flew THA 482. Departure from YPPH at 08:20 and arrival at VTBS 15:15. That's 6 hrs 55 minutes or 6.9 hours, yet MyAAS recorded 743.9 hours. Please correct. It seems that this has happened to several different pilots with hours credited about the same as what I have had.

Thanks for making the correction Joe. However, it did not correct the salary and the total hours I have. The total hours listed is 1603.2 and my salary is $ 171,950.72 which more than double what I should have. It would be nice it that were real money!

Should be fixed now Roy. For now/until this can be looked into, please keep an eye on the hours recorded and report here on the forums before you file PIREP if this should happen again, we can correct this before you file and then the system will be correct.

Thanks for working on this. Unfortunately, the hours and salary are not fixed.

I will do as suggested if I have a problem like this in the future.
