Another no flights to PIREP message

Just completed a 13hr 59min flight, SOO947, KCVG-RKSI using a B777F.
I attempted to PIREP the flight but got the 'no flights to PIREP' message. I can see the flight sitting there in MyAAS under file flight reports tab, but it won't let me file it.

I don't know If it may be relevant, but this is a flight I created as an AirSource Flight Officer. The only previous time this happened to me, was also a flight I'd created as a Flight Officer.

Frustrating to lose a 14hr flight.

Also, just checking, have you tried to refile it since then? Maybe the server was being odd.
