MyAAS error

Gentleman

I use windows 10 and FS 9.
The problem is that when I go to report the flight by MyAAS, it always gives an error, that is, the screen is white as in the image below and I have to force the application to terminate

I clear that I already tried in all compatibility modes ... XP, Vista, Win 7 and did not solve

Hi Marcelo

Just out of curiosity did you un-install Internet Explorer? That window needs a part of Internet explorer to run.

My system is Windows 10 and it has already installed Microsoft Edge, and Internet Explorer 11

yes ... I left the program in compatibility mode in Vista mode and it worked ... but other times, in the same way, as soon as I have just made the flight ... with the aircraft with the parking brake activated and motors turned off when I go send the log ... give this problem ... and by surprise, when I rebooted the machine and went to send the log ... it worked perfectly ... I can not understand

I will try to install windows 7 ... because I think it is much better

What you could be experiencing is just a website glitch (bad timing). A lot of us run Windows 10 with no problems (myself included). Every now and then, the website glitches and hangs the database (i think) for a minute or two.

May I suggest, un-checking the compatibility options and give it a few more tries. If the blank window shows up again, wait a couple of minutes (maybe 5) and try it again. See if it goes through then.

Ok ... I installed Windows 8.1 and soon after some flight, I will report, if you give any more news I try to wait the time between 2 and 5 minutes
