Program not connecting to the internet

I can run myAAS but I cannot see myself on the map, cannot file a flight report. Cannot check for updates. Cannot refresh server data. For all of these errors, I am told "I need to be connected to the internet to perform this action." The firewall is not blocking the program. Also, the program is asking for my username and password everytime I use it. Shall I send you the data base file?

Hi Ken-

Just to check, can you copy just the myAAS2.exe to another location (even the desktop) and try it again? Just want to see if the database, somehow, got corrupted.

Maybe even try it with a fresh download (http://air-source.us/operations/myaas2/myaas2.zip).

Hi Joe,
I tried a new installation of the program and moving it onto the desktop. In both cases, 'An invalid page was returned from the server' error occurred. I have been using the old data base file. This error does not occur using it. But still doesn't connect to the internet.

Hmm, just tried it myself and worked fine. Nothing is showing up in the online error log for you either.

I see you have flown as recently as the 16th. Any software updates/changes since then? Something is stopping myAAS from connecting to the site. What OS are you running?

I have over 1600 flights in my plan book. Maybe I should delete flights until I have under 1500? Please advise.

Wow! I figure the database would explode! Don't think that is the issue though (since you tried with a clean setup and still couldn't connect).

Can I ask what Firewall you use?

Also, have uploaded a new version (2.0.3000). Maybe it might give it just enough of a bump to get it working.
