Greetings AirSource Union,

Every 2 years for the past 10+ AirSource conducts a "fund drive" to help raise funds to pay for our server host and domain.

Our server host plan is due in October 2012. I always opt for the 2-year plan as it's the best rate. The cost is $7.95/month of which is charged all at once in October and would bring us through October 2014. That's a total of US $190.80 for the server host, plus 7.95/year ($15.90 for the 2 year term) for the domain registration. I also would like to renew our Teamspeak server (in hopes it catches on even more this term!) - but the Teamspeak is an optional item of course.

We ask that only those who have been members for 1+ years even consider donating to AirSource.

Thanks to ALL who have contributed so far - we are doing well toward our goal. One thing I need to mention is that our host is actually charging 9.95/month - this is mainly due to the need for windows and access database server/environment. I am (behind the scenes) changing our format to mySQL but the full swicth won't be for a while...

IF I can learn PHP (utilizing LINUX servers) we can get the rate back down to $7.95 (and in some web host cases much lower than that!) but that's a whole new language and takes a lot of time to learn
