myaas2. how deleat a flight

MyActive AirSource (MyAAS) is the program used by AirSource members to record their flight time. Requires Microsoft Flight Simulator and (free) version of FSUIPC. MyAAS 2 is programmed by AS 201 Joe Hamilton, and is always being reviwed for new features.

myaas2. how deleat a flight

OMDB - KMEM was my last flight and my system crashed mid flight. I started all over again on a new flight to the same location, but found a (*) sitting next to the flight inside the myaas window of flights. It wanted me to continue the flight. 4 times I had to click and follow the information with no good results other than just sending it to the PIREP file page. Now there is an incomplete flight in my log book.
Am I missing something to delete that flight? I was looking for some way to just say (no do not file this flight, delete it).

Thanks

To delete a partial flight, if I remember right, just restart the flight then cancel it. Clicking "No" when it asks you if you want to save it.

For a completed flight, go to the "File Pirep" screen and right-click the flight. Choose delete.

I'm actually working on 're-doing that part right now but, another project has set me behind.

Gentlemen,

I am now facing a similar issue. I started a flight (Bid Flight) and FS crashed. When starting up again I need to start completely over. I tried answering no as suggested above but nothing happened. I then selected yes and the flight finished and said to transmit the pirip. This is a bad pirip so I did not transmit. I went to try and rebid the flight but it said I already had an open flight.

What do I need to do to start the bid flight again?

Thanks,

Just right click on the flight and select delete. Should fix you right up.

Joe, I already did that but how do I rebid on the flight. I left the flight list and when I go to rebid it it says I have already bid on it?

Scott, can you tell me the exact bid-id you need to have reset? I see one in the database [000-AS201-1435363298-POKERRUN2015_1] but before I remove it I want to be sure this isn't one you already have in progress...

Morning Tom,

This is the only bid number that is showing on AAS2:

000-AS201-1435363304-POKERRUN2015_2

I guess the other should be removed! Thanks for your help!

Still can't fly the first leg!

No matter, I will move on to something else!
