Hi Jon

A couple of things to try

1. might try moving it out of the My Documents folder. Might be a permissions issue creating the database.

2. maybe try right click and Run As Administrator

See how those work

Jon - try also going to control panel --> Security --> allow program through windows firewall, then allow myaas2.exe

Have you made any changes to your system since the last time it was working? Hardware, drivers, etc.

Also, if it is there, delete the myAAS2.db file and try again.

Just to try

Control Panel > Uninstall a program and uninstall any instance of Microsoft Visual C++ 2008 Redistributable Package.

After that, use one of these two links to re-install it:

Microsoft Visual C++ 2008 Redistributable Package
- for 32-bit version of Windows (x86): use http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?displaylang=en&id=29
- for 64-bit version of Windows (x64): use http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?displaylang=en&id=15336

Also, install Microsoft Visual C++ 2008 SP1 Redistributable Package
- for 32-bit version of Windows (x86): use http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=5582&WT.mc_id=MSCOM_EN_US_DLC_DETAILS_121LSUS007998
- for 64-bit version of Windows (x64): use http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=2092

Yeah, that looks pretty close to the same. Maybe, just for fun, have you tried to re-download a new copy? Maybe it has a little corruption in it.

Well, the database looks ok.

Looking at something else, can you try running it again, please.

Solved the issue via email exchanges.

Problem was myAAS2 not giving enough room for long usernames/passwords. Fixed in the main download.
