Not clearing Plan Book

Not clearing Plan Book

Postby Alan Black AS122 » 21 Oct 2014 05:12

This may have already been covered, and I may have missed it with being out of town during the move and the flood of posts, but is anyone having issues with a Scheduled flight not being removed from your Plan Book after filing a PIREP? It's happened to me twice now, but I'm not sure if it's a problem on my side, by design, an known issue that is still being worked out, or an unknown issue.

Thanks and let me know if there is anything you need from me to help.

Alan

Hi crew:
I have the opposite request. Can you please put back that check box to Not remove flights from Plan book. I need those flights so as to not waste time going back and forth from our site just to get a flight. I fly those flight all the time by running my list that is generated in the myaas start window. For the past week I was going crazy looking for my flights that I always fly that are in order. Now each time I fly and file my reports they are removed one by one from my plan book. That sucks

Thanks guys. No rush. on this request.

Gregory, yes will be adding a check box so it will be a choice to keep or remove.

This is becoming a problem for me as well. None of the scheduled flights I fly are clearing from my plan book, which is now rather large and steadily growing with each flight I fly.

Hi all. Until this function is re-activated into AAS, it's easiest to go straight to your plan book and delete the flight once you've flown it - with this speedier faster host it takes seconds to delete flown flights :)

There is also a function that will remove all of your plan book flights, use this link:

http://air-source.us/operations/schedul ... ve_all.asp

I don't want to publish it on the division page in fear too many may remove all their flights when they really do not want to...
