New Build 0722

Ok, just posted a new version.

In this version:
- Main dialog now gets the focus when returning from flight dialog. no more having to click twice
- added OAT to flight dialog
- live feed update problem should be fixed
- verified auto-update working

This should be the last version you have to download. All other updates will be through auto-update.

Note: although marked as 0722 the internal version number will still be 0717. this is intentional so I don't kick in the auto-update again.
