My latest trip in PSS/Just Flight's 757 Professional.
The weather is very damp and shows no sign of improving as I prepare to start the 2nd engine.
I raise the gear and set flaps10.
I leave Spain behind me, I should be back in 'blighty' within 2 hours.
Climbing out above the weather as I climb to cruise at 33oooft.
Now in cruise, the weather forecast isn't good.
Now over the Channel Islands, I need to descend and so get permission from ATC to detour to avoid the worst of the weather. You can see the hole I am aiming for on the Wx radar.
I am well into the descent now and the bad weather is affecting most of the UK.
Here I am all lined up and fully configured for landing, its really bumpy now, but at least visability is reasonable.
The braking action wasn't great on landing, but the runway is really long and I am never in any danger, I actually quite enjoy landing in tricky conditions.
