Saitek Panels Not Working w/ fresh OS and FS2004/FSX Install

Postby AS129 - Michael » 03 Mar 2022 21:45

Hey gang!

I recently upgraded my gaming system with some extra RAM, a 1TB SSD and Windows 10 install. Got FS2004 and FSX installed and now my Saitek panels and not working. The flight yoke and rudder pedals are working as well as my throttles but the multi, radio and flight switch panels quit working. I have SPAD but the panels don't power up with I start flight sim.

I've browsed various forums and can't seem to find a solution for this. Any ideas ladies and gentlemen?

Update: I managed to get FS2004 working fine. I did have the panels working on FSX but now they're not working again at all.

Another update: Managed to figure it all out. I used SPAD to connect my panels to the sim. SPAD normal mode will operate the FSX panels. Running as "admin" runs them on FS2004.
