AVIATION SAFETY NETWORK REPORT 2006

The latest report has been released for those that are interested and can be found at this link  http://www.aviation-safety.net/pubs/asn/

Although it is sad to read about the loss of life involved within this report it highlights just how important safety is, or should be, in the aviation world. Some of the types of incidents reported do occur in the virtual world in the virtual manner and it is upon us to understand why these things happen. A reminder that if something quirky or strange or unbelievable happens when you are simming which results in an incident, report it in this forum, others may have an answer or solution to the dilemma that you faced, and others can learn from it.
