SkyTrax 2023 Event! (Complete)

Postby AS 2 Tom Little » 29 Dec 2023 20:17

Are you Home for the Holidays, but all rested up and ready to takeoff again? AirSource has just the flights for you!

Members can enjoy a back-to back event to kick off the new Year by engaging in this years SkyTrax Top Airlines event!

AirSource is proud to announce the Fourth Annual SkyTrax World Airline Awards Event! What is it? Taking the top 10 airlines of 2023 as announced by SKYTRAX https://www.worldairlineawards.com, AirSource Pilots can enjoy the routes of their choice, utilizing all 10 airlines in consecutive flights.

Sound easy? It might be, depending on the top 10 airlines for the particular year. Every one of the top 10 airlines must be utilized one time (in any order) for a total of 10 consecutive flights; departure airport must be the same airport as the last one landed. Members may utilize any scheduled or special crew pass flight in the system as long as it is the matching airline and departure/arrival string.

 These are the 10 airline codes for this years event, all 10 must be utilized (list is in order form #10 to #1, however airline/flight order can be any order as long as last arrival is next departure airport): KAL, EVA, CPA, AFR, THY, JAL, UAE, ANA, QTR, SIA

 Event runs from 30 DEC 2023 until 31 MAR 2024.

:!: IMPORTANT! PIREP comments for all flights must include “Skytrax2023” to assist in filtering the flights for validation and award issuing.

Pilots who complete this event will earn the 2023 SkyTrax award logo in their logbook along with a v$10,000 bonus! Let us all lift off 2024 with a celebration of the top airlines of 2023, good luck, and HAVE FUN!

Andre,
Thanks so much for your list of flights, it was a great starting point in what is a bit of a mind bending challenge. I have managed to change about five items to create my own list.
Thanks again.
Simon.

I always look forward to this event and the planning for it. These are the legs I flew:

1. KAL RKSI-RJGG B773ER
2. ANA RJGG-RJTT B738
3. JAL RJTT-VHHH B788
4. CPA VHHH-RCTP A359
5. EVA RCTP-WSSS B773ER
6. SIA WSSS-OMDB A359
7. UAE OMDB-LTFM B773ER
8. THY LTFM-OTHH A321
9. QTR OTHH-LFPG A380
10.AFR LFPG-LSGG A319

Possibly a bit easier to plan this year due to Qantas not making the top 10 list.

Yes! Qantas usually throws a wrench into it, but always nice to visit the land down under! :D
