EVENT STARTED 21 NOV 2021

AirSource members - brush the snow off the pitot tube, turn the deicing ON, and set your GPS to the 2021 annual "Home for the Holidays" event! A gift of v$5,000 to all pilots who land at their home airport using MyAAS. Happy Holidays to ALL AirSource members!

2021 HOME FOR THE HOLIDAYS EVENT
One time v-payment for arrivals to your HOME AIRPORT; effective 21 Nov - 31 Dec 2021, flight must originate at least 150 miles from your home airport (*LAST LEG OF FLIGHT must originate at least 150 miles from your home airport if performing the BONUS FLIGHTS below), all divisions qualify, logbook award will issue after the new year.

EARN ADDITIONAL AWARD AND $V!

*You will get an ADDITIONAL v$5,000 IF you perform flights in the EXACT order as shown below:
1. Fly ANY flight utilizing a *** SPECIAL*** CREW PASS FROM anywhere TO anywhere*
2. Fly ANY scheduled flight FROM where you landed in #1 TO anywhere*
3. Fly General Aviation flight FROM where you landed in #2, TO your HOME airport*
NOTE: No other flights can be flown between 1,2 or 3 (must be consecutive).
*ALL FLIGHTS must originate at least 150 miles from your home airport.

Love the home for the holidays event, I'm in flights all sorted already. As my last flight was VS76 KMCO-EGCC I like to keep flight continuity so my home for the holidays routes are as follows (with one addition to get me to the start of the trip.

1. EGCC (Manchester) to EHAM (Amsterdam) KL1070 Boeing 737-800 (this gets me to the start point)
2. EHAM (Amsterdam) to CYVR (Vancouver) KL681 Airbus A330-300 (special crew pass)
3. CYVR (Vancouver) to LFPG (Paris Charles De Gaulle) AC838 Airbus A330-300 (Schedule flight)
4. LFPG (Paris Charles De Gaulle) to EGCC (Manchester) my home airport (General aviation routing yet to be booked)

One of the neat things I try to prepare for (learned from years past) is positioning myself correctly for leasing a GA aircraft on the final leg. Hope everyone enjoys - and Happy Holidays!

“Home for the Holidays” The Event that I look forward to each year more than any other. It reminds me of the places around the world that I have been. And, with friends and Family that make great memories. More than any other time of the year it causes to reflect on places and events. So, have an abundant Christmas and a Super New Year!

Just want to say thanks to Tom & all who keep AirSource in the skies. It gives my flight simulating a purpose.
I've been doing the Home for the Holidays since 2014 & look forward to it every year.
