I'm having the same issue, unfortunately. I've tried resetting my password via the HR webpage, but I haven't received any e-mail messages.

Never mind. I started receiving e-mail, and I've successfully changed my password.

I have successfully changed my password to access the site but cannot log on to MyAAS

Have you reset your password in myaas? Options Menu->Maintenance->Edit Pilot Info

Also...due to my own fault... pound (#) and dollar ($) signs are not allowed

Thanks for letting me know. Have changed my password in to the site removing things like### and can now get into MyAAS
