Showers of Flowers: Roy Loucks Tribute Flight

Postby AS 2 Tom Little » 15 May 2015 11:30

In honor of Roy Loucks and celebration of his life, every AirSource member can participate in a personal tribute flight. Simply book and perform a flight that arrives to Roy???s home airport KRDG Reading Regional Airport. A ???virtual flower??? will be manually placed on to Roy???s logbook page and within the airport page to display your admiration. This tribute flight has an indefinite duration.

There's even some scheduled flights into KRGD - http://flightaware.com/live/airport/KRDG which I think really honors Roy's commitment to the Scheduled Division.

Remember to try the Flight Kiosk if the flight is not available in the schedules.

Is there an AS page or FB page to deliver flower post. I just finished IAD-RDG and he was a helpful friend.
Can page be posted or not alllowed. FB page appears to be closed. :?

Steve,

The flowers are carefully chosen and posted on Roy's logbook page manually so it's not an automated entry. I would rather take the time to choose appropriately depending on where each member is flying from.

I looked and didn't see your flight from IAD-RDG, you still need to PIREP the flight. Post any comments you wish to leave in your PIREP remarks.
