2014 HOME FOR THE HOLIDAYS EVENT
One time v-payment for arrivals to your HOME AIRPORT; effective 23 Nov - 31 Dec 2014, flight must originate at least 150 miles from your home airport, all divisions qualify, logbook award will issue after the new year.

NEW FOR 2014 - EARN ADDITIONAL AWARD AND $V!

*You will get an ADDITIONAL v$5,000 IF you perform flights in the EXACT order as shown below:
1. Fly ANY bid flight FROM anywhere TO anywhere.
2. Fly ANY scheduled flight FROM where you landed in #1 TO anywhere.
3. Fly General Aviation flight FROM where you landed in #2, TO your HOME airport.
*No other flights can be flown between 1,2 or 3 (must be consecutive).

Only pilots hired BEFORE 23 Nov 2014 are eligible.

DO NOT change your home airport! All pilot data was "frozen" and downloaded as of 00:00 UTC 23 Nov 2014. The home airport you had at that time will be used to determine your eligibility for this event.

Cool. Thanks for posting this event again! I think I'm the closest I've ever been to home at the start of the event. It seems like normally I'm on the other side of the world, but this time I'm in the same state! That works because there are only a couple of ways in to MHR over 150 miles, and this sets me up for one that I've never used for the event.

Loved the challenge of stringing the flights together. Definitely my favorite Home for the Holidays event. I am unable to embed my logbook image because BBCode is turned off for me in this forum.

I flew a 737-800 Delivery flight from Boeing Field to Venezuela. 8.0 Hours
I then flew a Pan-Am 707 from Venezuela to Miami. 3.0 Hours
Finally, took a Pilatus PC-12 from Miami to Patuxent River NAS, MD. 3 Hours of bad weather.

Not sure why attachments are working for some but not others, I checked to be sure and attachements are turned on globally. Need to check further into this.

However, just to be clear, it is not required to post the HFTH flights or sets of flights in the forum, this will all be done automatically by the system to generate the ribbon awards after the new year. But feel free to post if you just wanted to share!
