Do you use any other browser besides IE? Try using google chrome and see if that will do it for you. Joe has fixed this BUT for our future website.

Just a thought...maybe try resetting you email address for both the website and the forum. Just to be sure they are both the same and maybe it will jumpstart the system

I reset my emails just the other day and still no luck
But many thanks for trying to help it is appriciated and as a newbe here to airsource i cant help but be amazed in the response and help,friendship here awesome stuff.
I have just put in my first promotion filing 34 hours in 9 days thats how awesome it is for me so i can wait for a banner its not the end of the world
