I did a flight from SBGR-SBGL 2 days ago but didn't see it
Where can I see whether the flight has been reported?
I did pirep it using the MyAas

Thanks

Oddly, he has 2 flights in his pay log from June 14 that aren't showing up in his flight log

Edit: also, just noticed that, for some reason, his flights list in reverse order on the flights page (most recent at the bottom).

The bid flight Hashry is referring to is still showing as an open bid flight http://www.air-source.us/Operations/BID/BIDDET.asp?ROUTEID=WCARG002.

If you already completed the flight, open up MyAAS and click on "File" tab to see if there are any open "File Flight Reports" needing to be closed out.

Nice, Roy. To be honest, I didn't know that listing was there (open/completed bids).

@Hashry...if not showing up in myaas any more... goto this page and try to finish the pirep there -> http://www.air-source.us/operations/activeas/postflight_myaasv2.asp

Thank you for the reply's.
I am using MyAAS-2
There's only 1 flight from several months ago, that was an incomplete flight at that time. I'd like to delete it but don't know how (WRRR to RJGG)
On the recent booked flight on MyAAS 2- there's only 1 flight that I have not done RCTP to ZSPD not the bid SBGR-SBGL flight as I did finished it.

I am confused.
I just found out after re-downloading and re-installing the MyAAS vs1, all flights that I booked and did was on the list and have to be manually pireped.
My understanding was MyAAS vs2 was to replace the vs1 and will automatically record the flight/s that was done or do I miss understood it?

Thanks

No, you have to PIREP them in MyAAS2.

Image

  1. Open MyAAS2
  2. Click on File
  3. Click on File Flight Reports (the number should change depending on how many you have to file)
  4. Follow the prompts, clicking next each time and you will file the flight
  5. Repeat for all flights you have to file.

Let us know how you go.

Mark,
Thanks, I did it.
Correct me if I am wrong when finishing a flight with MyAAS2 after saving it you still have to manually pirep it?

From the manual:

Quick Flight
    1. Run myAAS2.exe
    2. Enter your username and password. This will download your pilot number from the
website and save it in the database.
    3. Go to Options->Settings... and set your preferences (optional)
    4. Click on refresh flights. This will download the flights you have booked from from the
    Air-Source website.
    5. Make sure Flight Simulator is running.
    6. Select the flight you want to fly and click on Fly Selected Flight.
    7. Get your aircraft setup.
    8. When you are ready to push-back/depart, click on Menu->Start Flight.
    9. Fly your flight
    10. When at your arrival gate/pad, click on Menu->Save Flight Report...
    11. On the flight results dialog...click on ???Flight Complete???. This will save your flight
    results into the program database.
    12. Now select ???File Flight Reports (1)...??? from the File menu
    13. Click on the flight you have just flown and and Select ???File Selected Flight???
    14. A new window will open (sometimes this takes a couple of seconds). Go through the
    pages entering information as required.
    15. When you get to the summary page, close the window. You should get a dialog
    stating success.
    16. Click exit to go back to the main window and you are done.

Basically it is the same as myAASS v1, just in a different way.

No, PIREP it through the MyAAS option as Mark showed you and Joe posted the full directions for.

Mark, this could have been one of the manual PIREPed flights you noticed the other day.

Hmm, by "manually" if you mean you need to fill out the forms via myAAS2 as shown above, yes.

Interestingly Jim, no it wasn't, thus the reminder about the event rules.
