Scrappage & Storage flights added

I have added some interesting flights for our members to fly (if interested) two of them are ferry flights from respective countries to the desert to await the fate, of the scrapman.

The other two are ferry flights that airlines have done in order to store there aircraft in the deserts for a duration of non OPS.

Please take a look in the Delivery/Ferry division to locate the flights, the airlines are KLM,TOM,DAL & QFA
