Applications For Scheduled Flight Managers

Postby Buckeye Roy » 28 May 2006 13:13

With over 400 airlines available to choose from, the task of keeping flight schedules up-to-date is a monumental job. If you would like to help out and keep these schedules up-to-date you can apply to become a Schedule Division Flight Manager. UPDATE 12 AUG 2018 This position "Scheduled Flight Manager" is unique and different than the "Flight Officer" position. More information regarding the "Flight Officer" can be found by clicking here.

In order to become a Schedule Division Flight Manager, members must meet the following basic qualifications:

(1) Be an active member of AirSource VPU.
(2) Be over the age of 18.
(3) Have frequent ability to access e-mail and communicate with other members on an as-needed basis.
(4) Be a registered member of our forum.
(5) Have at least the AirSource Rank status of Turbine 2nd Officer (180 hours or above).

If you meet the above qualifications and wish to help keep our Schedule Division flights up-to-date and keep our pilots flying, please notify Alan Black by email.

Please include your AirSource pilot number and the airline you wish to manage.

Airlines must have a current two-letter IATA and three-letter ICAO code, a current working website, a published timetable of regularly scheduled flights and list of aircraft used.

Airlines having Flight Managers assigned can be found by going to the Schedule Division search page and "Search by Airline." If a Flight Manager is already assigned to an airline, the airline name will be highlighted with asterisks.
