Wright Brothers flight Anniversary

Postby spotsey » 20 Nov 2023 11:42

Hi all,
the anniversary of the Wright brothers first flight in 1903 is on the 17th of December. There is an airport in both FSX and MSFS called First Flight, at Kill Devil Hills, KFFA.
How about an event to commemorate this momentous occasion?
As a suggestion, we could run it on the same lines as the 'Home for the Holidays'?
Regards,
Simon.

Hello Simon,

Depending on what others may think (lets see what replies come in), we can have an event concurrent. What parameter's did you have in mind?

Hi Tom,
I was thinking that the three flight 'Home for the Holidays' format of Special Crew Pass, Scheduled Flight, finishing with a GA Flight. It is well liked by those who take part, and doesn't require a big commitment in flying time. Maybe there could be a Ribbon to go with completion?
Kind regards,
Simon.

Ok, I see. Let's see if there is some general interest in this hope to see some replies at least a few. It will take some time to change up the code for the HFTH script but nothing too bad - but I want to be sure its something that has some interest and will even be worth the time.

We can at very least have a special crew pass from airport "x" to KFFA, that would be at minimum if there isn't a lot of interest shown?
