I really like that idea Tom. Since starting to do Vatsim flights I've only been using the correct call signs (i.e. BAW112) as that's what I thought I was supposed to do (and I haven't seen any onther ASO call signs on Vatspy). I would happily use the ASO code if that's what the company asked for, I just needed some confirmation as to what the correct protocol is for Airsource.

I personally use the correct callsign if I'm flying a regular transport flight and ASO if I'm flying an AirSource flight that is not an RPT flight.

Hello Ken:

All this info is easy to find in your LOG BOOK.
Log in first, and look for: Pilot Operations link in the very top tab area, now you will see the Box for PILOT Logbook. once your in there at the top Right next to the FLAG of where you live is your Date of hire info. It should look like this only with your information.


Oh crap. I just re looked at your question. In your logbook you can EDIT some items in your Profile. That info for VATSIM is not for edit. once your vatsim ID is provide in that Box on the page. that is a done deal. And only Vatsim members can view this info once they log into there site and look for other members.
