EGLL-YSSY Flight

Postby AS 485 Ian Paxton » 21 Mar 2012 17:43

I see on the schedule this flight is flown with the 747-400 but the flight is 9,148nm, how would you pull this off when the 747 is rated for 7500nm? Would I do a stop over in Singapore and keep myaas running?

You could also see if the real world flight that you are intending to do has an actual stop and make a stop based on that; I understand it is common for ultra long haul flights to make a stop or technical stop for this reason and as Tom said you should comment it and if for some reason the R/W flight doesn't make that stop (which I'd be surprised if it didn't) then if you still need to make a stop (I'd say within reason) then I'd do it as long as Tom would allow it.

Not sure any of that is required, but may elevate level of fUN! :)
