Retiring....

Postby AS 485 Ian Paxton » 10 Jan 2012 04:04

Well never thought I'd ever say this but I'm retiring....no not from my job I wished lol but from Air Source and flightsim. I'm not into it anymore I did what I wanted to do in FSX and I just don't have much desire anymore. So I'm moving on to a new hobby. Wish Air Source and the rest of you all well.

Best wishes to you Ian in whatever you venture into next. "just" in case you decide later to return, my best advice is for you to file for vacation in the Human Resources page... just in case! :)

Sorry to see you go. I also hope you enjoy your new hobby, but if you ever think of returning to Flight Simming, you know where to come back to. All the best.

CHEERS!!!

I've retired about 4 times now.. But something always pulls me back in :P Seems like after a break here and there I get fired up all over again.. Use the vacation Ian.. 6 months from now you might want to get back in the air..

yep I retire more frequently due to the lack of FS community available and Air Source is pretty decent of one and I make use of my vacation time when I find I fal into slumps (I was on vacation almost 3 years).

I will be going back on vacation for a little while and hope to be back on this spring/this summer for a bit.

Nothing like dusting of the debit card to rekindle FS enthusiasm.
This IFly 737 for FS 9 is brilliant, add in REX and I am in pig heaven just now.

Y'all come back now, ya hear!

I got bit by the flight sim bug again lol. On a "just curious to see how fsx runs on my new pc" test I got sucked back in so I spent a few hours downloading and reinstalling some of my stuff so here we go again lol...unretired.
