Completley professional, calm and in complete control under extreme stress. The human body has two responces to high stress situtations. First one is "sympathetic nervous system responce"= vasoconstriction to send blood to major organs like heart, lungs and brain. Eyes diliate, since or awarness is extremely strong, and a few other factors.(Fight mode) The other is called the "parasympathetic nervous system responce"=, laymens terms, "couch potato"......(flight mode).... acetylcholine and noradrenaline are released for the sympathetic nervous system responce. Most of this comes from the adrenal medulla.

Lets not to mention EXPERIENCE, TRAINING, TRAINING and more TRAINING. But even with all that, some folks can fall into the parasympathetic mode, and that leads back to experience and training to keep that from happing. That is the basic break down of the amazing human brain and CNS at work!!!!

There you go, a little school today of the works of the CNS!!
