Aero-Tropics

Hi All

This might be a question for our Aussie Simmers. Does anyone know if Aero-Tropics are still flying? This was the airline who had a Metro crash a few years back near Lockhart River in far north Queensland, 13 unfortunate souls lost their lives. As far as I can tell CASA grounded them the middle of last year, but I can't find anything to say they are flying again or not. Their website is down also, maybe that says it all.

Safe skies

Hi Kym

Yes they have been grounded by CASA due to multiple serious safety and training issues.
