long hours

Now I'm not saying that we have no lives or anything but let me ask you a question,

I'm not naming names, but I see alot of people (myself included) doing some long flights. Do y'all honestly sit in front of the computer for 8 hours and stare at it on Autopilot/Facebook/message boards? What are you'e methods for keeping occupied during the long hours across the Pacific?
