So I was looking throgh my pay log a few minutes ago and saw that I'd been penalized for invallid flight data. How can I prevent this from happening, and what did I do wrong. The penality was assessed on March 1, 2009 if it's possible for one of the higher ups to look at that or whoever penalized me to explain to me what I did wrong?

No penalty, this is from a duplicate flight. The duplicates happen some times and are beyond our control. Once a day the program runs and automatically removes the "invalid/duplicate" flights. So the v-money removed was really never earned anyway.
