iFly 747 problems

Hey there,

I have a problem with the autopilot system on the iFly 747-400. It's a great plane but I'm not able to fly it, because of a malfunction I keep having. When I set the autopilot altitude, I cannot set the vertical speed and the altitude hold. If I try to set the vertical speed, it disengages the altitude hold. Any advice? If you prefer, I'm also almost always on AIM, my screenname is bigrobmjca. This would be the fastest way to contact me, as I could have the aircraft loaded in 2 minutes.
