LevelD 767 pilots....

Postby TheDude71 » 07 Feb 2009 21:11

I'm looking at purchasing the LevelD 767 but wanted some input before I get it. I had the PIC 767 and from what the web site said the LevelD has been built on that....I enjoyed the PIC. Have they improved anything like panels sound FMC functions?

Do you guys like it, how is the FMC,sound, flight dynamics ect....worth the money?

I got the Captain Sim 757 and I think it is junk...is the LevelD better, same, worse than CS.

Any input would be great before I drop the 40 bucks on it.

Thanks in advance!!

Level D 767 was the 1st serious aircraft that I added to my hanger. I haven't used it for ages but for a long while I used nothing else, it really is amazing!

I am looking forward to using it soon on the CWT09 flights :)

PS I am talking about the FS2004 version of Level D 767, I have yet to upgrade to FSX.

I'd rank the LevelD B767 right up there at the top along with PMDG aircraft. I've flow both FS9 and FSX versions.

It is a winner. :D

Thanks fellas!! Going to get it in the next couple of days. Haven't been behind the controlls of the 767 in a couple of years. Looking foward to it for the CWT DEJH legs. Found a UPS paint job for it. I don't think FDX flys the 767, just AB 757 DC10 MD11 and I read that they (FEDEX) are replacing the 727's with 737's. Think I saw that on airliners.net. Anyhow, thanks for the input.

I fly mine almost daily - it is a superb aircraft. Now to wait for their 757

Got it!!!! So far, I am very impressed!!! Much better than the PIC 767. Great panel. Did just a quick flight and it flew like a dream. Can't wait to fly in on the WCT.

Once again, thanks for the input!!
