Looking for an "auto-pause" proggy?

Postby vic365 » 24 Dec 2008 19:54

I'm looking for a program that will pause FS9 at a certain distance from the arrival airport. It would be helpful if that distance was configurable. I've seen something called "ProFlight 2000 Emulator" but it does WAY more than just pause a flight.

Any ideas?

I use I Will Be Back, but I don't recall where I downloaded it from.

There is something in AVSIM called Pause FS or something like that, do a search.

I've found both of your suggestions and will get back as to how they work.

Thanks gang.

IwillBeBack seems to have some small quirks? I had to reset it twice as it stopped counting miles. This may be an issue with me using the "pause" ("P") myself, at various times during the flight or perhaps something with the last issue of FSUIPC for FS9 doesn't quite agree with IWillBeBack?

Anyway, I'm going to try "PauseFS" and will report back.

Hi,

Works with my FSUIPC 3.85 and keeps good count. I do however put in a lower value into the pause box then what my actual distance would be.
